DEWITT LEE – Dewitt Lee has made volunteering his passion. After completing a bid for Toronto’s Mayor in the 2010 election, he has found ways to balance presiding over a media company while maintaining his volunteering duties in both Buffalo and Canada. He has served with the Canadian Cancer Society, Orchestra Toronto, Basketball Zone, Live Green, Caribana and starting a summer leadership institute for youth.

His acting debut was in 1997 when he starred in his high school production, Fiddler On The Roof, which was his last performance of this nature.

As a mayoral candidate, he has championed for the arts and most recently marched down Yonge street with hundreds of the city’s youth. This bold demonstration aided in influencing the city’s budget committee to direct money from the billboard tax to fund art programs.
